Instruction for Photographer:
Stand immediately in the front or back of your subject.
Stand approx. Four metres (13 feet) away from the subject.
Hold the camera in line with the subject’s stomach/mid-back.
Ensure your subject’s head takes up the entire frame for the headshots and the top of their head, and their feet are in the frame for the entire body shots without the need to crop the photo.
