Agoo, I’m Adiza.
I didn’t learn leadership in a classroom; I learned it by navigating complexity early, where being understood mattered just as much as being capable.
I noticed the pattern quickly.
Brilliant people. Strong ideas. Still overlooked.
So I learned to close that gap.
Today, I work at the intersection of identity, influence, and perception, helping leaders show up in a way that is clear, credible, and impossible to ignore.
WALANII is how I do it.
I don’t teach presence as performance. I built it as leverage.
Because in every room, there’s a difference
between being present and being chosen.
