Schedulling, Orders & Payment

• Service bookings are confirmed only after full payment or deposit, as stated in the invoice or service agreement.

• WALANII reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice to the client.

• Orders for boutique products are processed upon full payment. WALANII may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or stock unavailability.

• Payments for services or products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Fashion & Lifestyle Boutique

• All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible, though colours, sizing, or appearance may vary slightly.

• Custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

• Returns of standard items are accepted within three hours of delivery, provided they are in the original, unused condition with tags attached. Customers cover return shipping unless due to WALANII error or defect.

• Personalised, final-sale, or bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method after inspection.

Facilitation sessions

Our facilitation sessions are designed to drive meaningful results. Before the session, we align on your objectives, and I prepare a tailored agenda. I guide participants through a structured, interactive process, ensuring all voices are heard and we stay on track. Afterward, you receive a comprehensive report summarizing key takeaways and next steps.

If travel is required, I will confirm the details beforehand. All transportation and accommodation costs are covered by the client. I stay in a business-class hotel, and if I need an assistant, it will depend on the project scope. Whether I travel solo or with a partner, all costs will be outlined and confirmed in advance.
