Facilitator bio
If you’ve built a career but the room still doesn’t feel like yours, that’s not imposter syndrome. That’s a presence gap. And it’s fixable.
Adiza Brimah-Annan brings that conversation to your stage, your boardroom, and your audience. Not as theory. As lived, practised, and proven strategy.
About Adiza
As a Leadership Presence Strategist and Founder of WALANII, Adiza works with leaders who already carry responsibility but need their authority to be recognised at the same level. Her work goes beyond surface perception, helping leaders bring intention to their self-awareness, communication, and personal presentation so their presence consistently reinforces their credibility.
Having once experienced what it means to be overlooked despite capability, she built her work around closing that gap particularly for African leaders whose influence deserves visibility on a global stage.
With a background in Communication Design, a Master’s in Brands and Communications, and certification as an AICI Certified Image Consultant, she blends strategic communication with leadership strategy into a practice that is both analytical and intuitive.
Over the past decade, she has guided leaders across boardrooms, startups, and national platforms, partnering with LeadAfrique, GYLA, the Ghana Centre for Democratic Development, and the Pan-African Leadership Institute, and contributing to executive learning at the University of Ghana Business School and UPSA Graduate School.
Named among Ghana’s 100 Most Inspiring Change Makers by Humanitarian Awards Global (2024).
